Responsibilities
This Committee is a college committee and shall consist of no fewer than four (4) members of the Board and no fewer than four (4) members of the Faculty of the College. One of the Trustees will be designated as co-chairperson of the Committee. The Committee shall be responsible generally for programs of information and education that promote understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Trustees among the Faculty and understanding of the capabilities, concerns and achievements of the Faculty on the part of the Trustees. The Committee shall also concern itself with the general welfare of the Faculty, acting in review of matters that may be brought to its attention for consideration and, if appropriate, carried forward for action by the Board of Trustees.
