The Board Chair and Vice-Chair will serve one three-year term with the possibility of two one-year extensions (e.g., the maximum in these offices will be five years).

Trustees will serve unlimited three-year terms.

Trustees will be formally evaluated by a subcommittee from the Committee on Trusteeship. Normally, this evaluation will take place during the calendar year in which a Trustee is due for re-election. The subcommittee will consist of the President, the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board, and the Chair of the Committee on Trusteeship.
