Faculty are invited to share essays about things you have discovered about yourself as a teacher or your students; discoveries about improving student learning; innovative learning and teaching practices; or even a simple assignment that went especially well.  Submissions should be no longer than 20 pages and submitted electronically to Debbie Mathewson at teachexl@naz.edu as a Word 2003 document.
