The Senate is a system of checks and balances comprised of the UA President, Vice-President of Executive Operations, Vice-President of Finance, Vice-President of Communications, three senators from each class, and two senators from the Nazareth Commuter's Association, Residence Hall Council, and Diversity Initiatives. Senate is tasked with assisting clubs, groups, or individuals looking to create new organizations, change constitutions, and those requesting additional funds for trips and large events.

Further we provide a venue for the campus to be heard at the highest level of student government. Each senator is given the responsibility of reaching out to his/her constituents to ensure that everyone is happy.
