Students in the Social Research minor are exposed to courses in social research methods, emphasizing data analysis/analytical processes, and the ethics of social research. The Social Research minor requires 18 credits and can be taken with most majors.

  • ENGW 251 - Rhetoric I 
    or ENGP 351 - Technical and Professional Writing  
  • MTH 207 - PII Elementary Statistics
    or PSY 201 - Statistics and Research Methods I  
  • SOC 352 - Social Research Methods
  • SOC 432 - Social Research Methods II

And one of the following:
