Shults Center Room Reservations

Signing Out Rooms

There are many rooms in the Shults Center that are ideal for meetings, lectures, and conferences. The Porthole Lounge, the 1924 Room, and the International Room are most ideal for meeting locations. For larger activities, the Forum is also available for use and can accommodate 200 - 300 people.

Also, if you would like to set up an information table within the Shults Center hallways, fill out a room reservation form at the information desk. Maintenance will then set up a table for your use on a specified day and time.
