Bathrooms

• All apartments in Portka have two full bathrooms within that apartment. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower, and sink. Students in the apartment are responsible for cleaning their own bathroom. 

Common Spaces

• Each floor has its own lounge space. The first and the third floor hold the largest venues.
• The second floor has a terrace over looking Lyons and Breen.
• Each apartment has its own living room within the apartment.

Kitchen

• Each apartment has a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. 
• A dishwasher and garbage disposal is available in each apartment.

Laundry

• Laundry is free and there are laundry rooms on each floor with multiple washers and dryers available.
