One of the two corridor-style buildings located near the Otto A. Shults Center, Medaille Hall is coed by room on the second floor and the third floor is all female. It is an older, but newly-renovated residence hall, designed to reflect the beauty and tradition of Nazareth.

Medaille Hall houses 72 students in single and double occupancy rooms. Medaille is a popular housing option because of the formal atmosphere of the building. Students occupy floors 2 and 3. Faculty, staff and students use Medaille Formal Lounge and Dining Room located on the first floor.
