Alison supervises all office functions and services, establishes and maintains record-keeping policies and procedures, assures accuracy and security of records and ensures compliance with academic policies and regulatory requirements. Alison also implements new program curricula and degree audits, manages the undergraduate catalog and oversees creation of the academic calendar.

Bill manages grading and final exams, and monitors UG senior program evaluations, roster verifications, and study abroad postings. In addition, Bill "graduates" all students upon confirmation of degree completion and helps coordinate commencement.

Lisa manages all aspects of the 'course building' process, creating course sections each term and assigning rooms for each course offered. She handles new UG course requests, responds to all faculty workload questions, provides registration support of all international students, and supports the study abroad process.

Zach is the point of contact for all students who are veterans. He manages all aspects of graduate student records, monitoring required documentation. Zach also supports new graduate student course selection and orientation, and supports graduate commencement related documentation.

Christina Driessen

Christina is the primary point of contact for all questions related to transcript requests, processing all requests that are submitted electronically, by mail and in-person. Christina also manages the registration process for non-matriculated students and students requesting to take courses through the RAC process.

Adriana Rozestraten

Student Services Representative

Adriana serves as the main point of contact via the phone and in-person, assisting with adding/dropping classes, address changes, and enrollment verifications. We assist with registration questions and accepts petition forms. She can also assist faculty and staff who need to reserve a room for academic events (outside of regularly scheduled classes).
