Yoga

Join us for yoga. Admission for Nazareth students, faculty, staff, and alums is free and only $10 for the public. Yoga instructor Mary Aman will lead the session, which will run from 4:45-6:15pm. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats, belts, blankets, etc. will be provided. For more information call (585) 323-1928.
