Last week, members of the Nazareth College Chamber Singers, the Nazareth College Women’s Chorus, and the Nazareth College Men’s Chorus performed in a pre-Olympic Games concert series in London. Nazareth was one of only six choirs in the U.S. selected to perform and the only college choir invited to attend. The group performed on Tuesday, June 26 in Canterbury Cathedral in Canterbury, Wednesday, June 27 in a mass at the Farm Street Church of Immaculate Conception in London, and Thursday, June 28 at Southwark Cathedral in London. The Choir members were accompanied by Dr. James Douthit, Music Department Chair, and Dr. Mario Martinez, Coordinator of Vocal Studies.
