Nazareth College earned a prestigious international Silver Anvil Award in higher education from The Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s (CASE) Circle of Excellence Awards Program. Nazareth received the honors for its entry Campaign for College and Community: The Integrated Center for Math and Science in the Fundraising Publications Packages category. The Circle of Excellence Awards Program is higher education’s premier international awards program exclusively recognizing the work of CASE members. Twenty-seven entries from the U.S. and Canada were submitted to CASE with two Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze awarded.
Nazareth’s Institutional Advancement teams in the Capital Campaign and Marketing & Communications offices, along with Zehno Cross Media Communications, worked on the math and science fundraising package that includes the brochure, campaign website and advertising campaign. This award recognizes Nazareth’s winning as a "superior accomplishment that will have lasting impact, demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and deliver exceptional results" as well as epitomizing "the profession's best practices". These winning materials played an important role in encouraging donations totaling $9.4 million to date for the Integrated Center for Math and Science.
