Ms. Halleran obtained her Master of Music in Performance and Literature from the Eastman School of Music, where she also graduated from the Orchestral Studies Diploma Program with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. She is also a Nazareth College graduate, completing the Post-Baccalaureate Certification Program in Music Education in 2006. Ms. Halleran received Suzuki training from Carey Chaney at the Southwestern Ontario Suzuki Institute and Pam Devenport at the Hartt School of Music. She has taught at the University of Akron, the Akron Public School System, the Hartwick College Summer Music Festival, as well as privately in her own studio. Ms. Halleran has held principal positions with the New World Symphony, the Wheeling, West Virginia Symphony, and the Spoleto Festival Orchestra and has performed with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Ballet of Canada, the Marini String Quartet, and the Genesee String Quartet, among others. She is also a featured performing artist at the St. Roch Chamber Music Festival in Michigan.
