Among the many duties required of her were teaching piano class, piano tutoring, supervising undergraduate piano tutors, teaching private lessons, and accompanying. She also gave numerous performances. In 2010 she was selected to perform in Ithaca College’s “Chopin Festival.” After her first year at Ithaca College, Rachel gave a lecture recital comparing works by Samuel Barber and Vincent Persichetti.
