Every year, students, faculty and staff gather at the Cabaret, enjoying the sights, sounds and cuisine of Fat Tuesday. Folks watch the Mardi Gras parade, don beads, listen to live music and eat great Cajun foods like red beans and rice and classic bread pudding. It's a chance to immerse oneself in the Cajun culture, and learn a little more about a long-standing cultural tradition -- both in New Orleans, and here at Nazareth College.
