At Nazareth College students will be assisted to find appropriate and reasonable housing. The College of Arts and Sciences, the Center for International Education (CIE) and Nazareth College Graduate Student Services will provide support to students from the admissions process through graduation. The Center for International Education will provide an orientation to all incoming international students and may be able to assist students in finding on-campus employment.

At the University of Pannonia, the Institute of English and American Studies (IEAS), together with the Office of Scientific and International Affairs, will provide arriving international students with help adapting to the Hungarian environment, e.g. housing, places to eat, places to spend leisure time etc. International students will also participate in an orientation week organized by IEAS where they will be introduced to both academic and administrative affairs, from class advisement to library use, visa matters, etc. Each student will have a supervisor  who will provide the student with help concerning any of the above mentioned areas during their stay in Hungary.
