Ongoing consultation, training and support is available to faculty, staff and students for all Media Resources services. Formal demonstrations, presentations, and workshops can also be arranged to familiarize users with digital camera and camcorder operation, video production techniques, media editing systems and lab usage, media streaming, and poster printing services.

In addition, as a member of the Teaching and Learning Technologies team, the Media Resources Coordinator provides leadership in researching new and emerging technologies and conducting pilot projects.
