Registration, Housing, and Meals
The last date for registration is April 15, 2013, for presenters. The registration fee is $225 USD, which includes meals from Sunday evening through Tuesday noon. The fee includes a complimentary trip to Niagara Falls on Tuesday afternoon. A limited number of scholarships to offset registration cost are available primarily for graduate students, but others are welcome to apply. Nazareth College, Shults Otto Community Center, Forum can hold up to 130 participants, academics, religious and interfaith leaders, and others who are interested.
Registration is $225 USD, including all meals and a visit to Niagara Falls. 13 seats are available as of June 1, 2013 and registration will be closed soon after the seats are filled.
Nazareth College Accommodation
Housing is available on the Nazareth campus at a cost of $50.00 USD per night per person, for a single room in a four-room suite with two in-suite bathrooms. Rooms are air conditioned and linens are provided.
You can make reservation in a hotel on your own. The corporate rate of Best Western Rochester Market Place Inn is $94.99 USD per night and includes breakfast. The corporate rate for Brook Wood is $99 USD per night. Note that early reservations are advisable because of other events scheduled in Rochester at this time.
No partner agreements have been made with any hotel for this event. All reservations are individual reservations.
Shuttle service will not be available between the hotel and Nazareth College campus.
