Media equipment is available for classroom use, faculty, staff, and student functions, and other events.  A list of available equipment is provided below.  Media equipment may be requested for delivery to a campus location for a specified date and time through the Technology and Media Services Desk.  Since media equipment use always is subject to availability, we strongly recommend making requests in advance -- up to one year prior to the required date of use.  To ensure that delivery can be scheduled as you desire even when the equipment is available, please be sure to place your request at least 48 hours in advance.

To place a request, call extension 2111 or 389-2111 from off-campus.  We will need the following information from you:

• Name

• Department

• Phone number

• Title & call number of material (if requesting material from the media collection)

• Type of equipment needed

• Date needed

• Start time

• End time

• Delivery location

• Class size

 Technology and Media Services staff will deliver and set up the requested equipment, as well as provide technical assistance when needed.  We suggest that you allow sufficient time to become familiar with and test equipment on location prior to your presentation.
