Voluntary Long Term Care insurance is available without evidence of insurability to all eligible employees at time of hire. Thereafter, during open enrollment, it is available with evidence of insurability. Long Term Care insurance is also available for the employee’s spouse (through payroll deduction) and parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law (on a direct bill basis) with evidence of insurability.
