On behalf of all the officers, we are very excited for the Spring 2013 semester and have great events planned for the Nursing Club! Here are a few events that the Nursing Club will be participating in:

·  Partnering with Rochester Area Birth Network to host a private film screening of "Birth Story: Ina May Gaskin & the Farm Midwives" March 24th.

·  Volunteering at the 'Dinner Dance Charity Gala' at Monroe Country Club for The Advent House  

·  Pasta Night!

·  Yoga Night

·  Resume building and ideas to network for Summer Internships

·  Spring Ice Cream Social 

·  Nursing Trivia game on the Smyth 2nd floor cork board. Winner gets a gift card to local uniform store or coffee shop

·  Nurses Night Out! 

·  Prepare for pinning 

The Nursing Club is thrilled to finally have a Nursing Lounge as well! Just inside Smyth 283, students will be able to have a place where we can read, snack and have some relaxing downtime to socialize between classes.
