The practice of yoga contributes to wellness and results in physiological, psychological, and biochemical benefits. Yoga therapy empowers individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being. It can reduce stress, increase focus, and improve mood, cardiovascular strength, core strength, flexibility, balance, muscle tone, and weight equilibrium.

Potential Clients

Yoga therapy is especially helpful for individuals who have experienced cancer, stroke, heart disease, athletic injuries, fatigue, menopause, pregnancy, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, pain, or stress.

Session Schedule

The clinic offers 60-minute weekly sessions by appointment only. Sessions follow the Nazareth College semester schedule and may occur in an individual or a small group format, depending upon client needs and clinic scheduling factors.

Eligibility and Fees

The clinic offers affordable services to children, adolescents, and adults. Please contact the clinic for the current cost of service.


The yoga therapy clinic is located on the Nazareth campus in Carroll Hall. The clinic space is handicap accessible.
