Planning

The Process

The strategic planning process will be an open process, involving all segments of the community.  The process will solicit active participation and input from faculty, staff, students, alumni, trustees, and other stakeholders. The intent is to produce a planning document that will include not only a statement of the mission and vision for the future direction of the College but also a list of specific and measurable goals and objectives.
