This form is intended for the community and friends of Nazareth College to leave thoughtful, open feedback about their visions for Nazareth’s future and their questions/thoughts regarding the strategic planning process.  Information may be submitted anonymously, or community members and friends may also leave their names and contact information.  All information is routed directly to the Office of the President and may be shared with the strategic planning steering committee.
