Submit an event for publication and inclusion in all campus event feeds.

  • Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
  • Required fields are denoted with a red square immediately preceding the field's label.
  • Upon receipt of your completed form, a marketing & communications professional will review your submission, make any necessary changes for web publication, and publish your event for inclusion in all campus event feeds.

About Your Event
These are the fields that will make up the event, when it is reviewed and published by Marketing & Communications staff.

Recurring Event Information
If your event is recurring, or has multiple sub-events, please fill out this section.
If checked, this event will be grouped with other events whose details you specify in this section.
When your event is published, we will group all recurrences automatically. This value will be used as the title for the grouping. For example, if you're submitting multiple performances of the same show, enter the title of the show in this field. If you're submitting multiple Yoga classes, enter 'Yoga', etc.
Enter the requested details for each recurrence, following the example.

Please note: Submission of an event does not, in any way, guarantee that it will appear on any Nazareth College website. The Marketing & Communications department has final authority to approve or deny event submissions.
