The Residence Hall

Illustrating our tradition of strategic growth and development, Nazareth laid the foundation for a brand new residence hall in the Natapow Quad, located south of the Stadium near the tennis courts and playing fields. Slated for completion by August 2008, the new four-story, 43,000 square foot, environmentally-friendly facility will be the home of 149 first-year and upperclass students.

First Year Experience
The new hall's south wing is dedicated to Nazareth's First Year Experience (FYE) program, which addresses the challenges associated with students' transitions from high school to college and incorporates:

  • A state-of-the-art in-residence classroom for freshman seminars
  • Peer mentors on each residence hall floor

    • South wing rooms: two singles and a shared bath
    • North wing suites: two doubles and a shared bath and common room
    • Voice, data and cable connections
    • Air conditioning
    • 24-hour computer lab
    • First year classroom with kitchenette
