The Alzheimer’s Association Lecture Series is hosted by Nazareth College and St. John’s Meadow. All lectures will take place at St. John’s Meadows in the Multi purpose room in the Briarwood building. They will all be on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and require an RSVP to (585) 760-5400 or (800) 272-3900. The lectures will be done by the educators at the Alzheimer’s Association.
November 17, 2010: Aging Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease
This seminar will contrast normal aging with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, discuss other causes of dementia, identify ten warning signs, review treatment options, review the stages, and list research strategies.
