You are invited to Nazareth College Hillel's Passover Teaching Seder. The Seder dinner will be held Wednesday evening March 27th at 7:00pm located in the Palladoro Room of the Arts Center. Attendance is limited to 50 people, please RSVP to spirituality@naz.edu. Your support and attendance would be very much appreciated.
President Braveman and his wife, Lorraine, will be in attendance; this is a very special community event. The Seder is a wonderful opportunity to learn about Jewish Culture and tradition; you do not have to be Jewish to attend.
What is a Seder? "The word Seder is a Hebrew word that means 'order.' Although the word has a number of uses, it is most commonly used to refer to the Passover Seder, a traditional meal eaten on the first two nights of the holiday of Passover." We will be sharing a delicious catered meal as a community. The meal will be vegetarian and Kosher for Passover.
