This new faculty discussion will continue the exploration of the various ways that a faculty member can create conditions favorable for students assuming ownership for their own learning as well as learning to deal with and discuss diversity and difference. What is the role of the teacher in the classroom? Does it vary over time or in different contexts? How does the nature of the questions we ask affect the learning outcomes we achieve?
