Veterans Outreach Center, Inc., in partnership with Nazareth College is proud to once again present a series of discussions concerning our returning veterans and their families. Coming Home from War: A Veteran and Family Discussion Series shares insights, issues and poignant stories associated with the return and reintegration of our Iraq and Afghanistan War veterans and their families.

The first of these discussions will be held Wednesday, September 21, at 6:45 pm at the Nazareth College Arts Center. It will feature Laurie Sloan, Ph.D, from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD, based in White River Junction, Vt. The discussion will provide insight on the impact these last ten years of war have had on veterans and their families.

The discussion will be preceded by a social hour from 5:30-6:30 PM in the Lipson Patron’s Lounge of the Arts Center. The discussion will begin at 6:45 PM and will be held in the Palladoro Reception Hall of the Arts Center. Seating will be limited.
