Field Instruction | Part-Time Evening Program
The department of social work currently offers a part-time undergraduate evening program for students with an associate's degree or equivalent. The program can be completed in three years (see sample plan below). The evening program does not differ in any way from the day program, and students are afforded continuous professional and academic advisement and support while in our program. * Summer sessions could allow for required PI courses and/or other required courses for the major (e.g., SWK 204, ECO 101, PSC 101, etc.).
** If MTH 207 (Statistics) was previously taken, student could elect a PI course or other required course for the social work major.
Criteria:
Associate's degree from a two-year school or approximately 60 credits accepted in transfer. Prior course work would include PSY 101, SOC 101, Human Biology with a lab, and Physical Education.
