Commencement Information Form

All undergraduate students expecting to graduate from the college are required to fill out this form to notify the college of their expected graduation date. Once you have filed this form in the Registrar's Office, an official letter will be forwarded to you and your academic advisor(s) outlining any outstanding general (core) degree requirements.

You should review this letter carefully and follow through with your advisor(s) and the Registrar's Office if there are any discrepancies. If you feel more comfortable filling out the traditional pen and paper Commencement Information Form you can pick up a copy from the Registrar's Office.
