Financial Aid
Please visit Student Accounts website for an up-to-date listing of tuition, housing and board plans, as well as fees specific to Physical Therapy students. Please note that tuition is increased each year, and in the professional program the graduate component is more expensive than the undergraduate component. The planned Nazareth College tuition increase is approximately five percent per year with an increase in residence cost of four percent per year with lab fees also increasing four percent per year. Tuition for the professional portion of the program years 4-6 will be approximately $4000 more than preprofessional tuition.
Numerous Graduate Assistantships are available to students in the graduate component of the Physical Therapy program. Maximum remuneration for an assistantship is a three-credit waiver to be applied to a graduate course during the term in which the work of the assistantship is being done. Only one assistantship (three-credit) per graduate student is allowed each semester.

A service obligation is required.

The purpose of this program is to assist in providing an adequate supply of health care professionals for the Department of Veterans Affairs and the nation. A two-year service obligation in a VA medical center is required.
- AMBUCS "Scholarships for Therapists" program, for which physical therapy undergraduate and graduate students are eligible, is to enhance direct therapy services to citizens who are disabled and functionally handicapped by providing financial assistance for professional training.
