Join us for an exploration of the tantalizing rhythms and rich musical expression of Latin America, performed by two native musicians. The Crisol Latino duet, with Euridice Alvarez (oboe and vocal performance) and Lourdes Santiesteban (piano) will present Argentine tangos inspired by the immortal Carlos Gardel, romantic Mexican boleros, and Brazilian and Cuban popular music. You will enjoy this taste of the different styles and colors that make up the Latin musical palette.
