Faculty

The majority of MALS faculty are full-time professors at Nazareth College. They have been chosen from a variety of departments for their diverse interests and their enthusiasm for teaching adult learners in a flexible and relaxed atmosphere.

All of the MALS core classes, and many electives, are team-taught by professors with complementary areas of expertise. Team-taught classes help students gain an understanding of the interdisciplinary nature of life and the complex fabric that makes up our ideas, our societies, and our history. Faculty in this program recognize and appreciate that students are engaged collaborators in the learning and teaching processes.
