IT Service Desk Hours for the Academic Year
Monday through Thursday
8:30am to 10:00pm
Friday
8:30am to 4:30pm
Saturday
Noon to 4:00pm
Sunday
Noon to 5:00pm
Lab Support
Student lab assistants provide support for all computer labs on campus. ITS provides lab assistants Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, on Saturday from noon to 4:00pm and Sunday from noon to 5:00 pm. There is a lab assistant on duty in Smyth Hall room 85 during these hours. The lab assistants can be reached by phone at ex. 2111. Each lab will be checked at least once an hour. When classes are held in the labs, they will not be open for general use. Each lab has a schedule posted outside the door listing the times when classes will be held in that lab. Food and drink are prohibited in all labs at all times, and lab assistants have the right to ask for proper Nazareth identification at any time.
