Mission Statement
Human Resources' mission is to be a strategic partner with faculty and staff of Nazareth College and identify and respond to its changing needs. The Human Resources Department will take a leadership role to develop and administer effective Human Resources Programs to recruit, employ, develop and retain a qualified, diverse workforce who will support the mission of the College. Human Resources will foster a positive, caring work environment where the diversity of all members is respected.
The Human Resources Department is committed to providing value added service exceeding the expectations of its customers. We will partner with management staff to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse workforce endeavoring to make Nazareth College the employer of choice; implement competitive benefit and compensation programs; offer assistance with employee relations issues; assist employees in reaching their maximum potential through effective staff professional development initiatives; interpret College polices and procedures; respond to the needs of the College community in a supportive and proactive manner and administer College polices and benefits programs fairly and equitably.
