Mission Statement

Human Resources' mission is to be a strategic partner with faculty and staff of Nazareth College and identify and respond to its changing needs. The Human Resources Department will take a leadership role to develop and administer effective Human Resources Programs to recruit, employ, develop and retain a qualified, diverse workforce who will support the mission of the College. Human Resources will foster a positive, caring work environment where the diversity of all members is respected.

We will partner with management staff to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse workforce endeavoring to make Nazareth College the employer of choice; implement competitive benefit and compensation programs; offer assistance with employee relations issues; assist employees in reaching their maximum potential through effective staff professional development initiatives; interpret College polices and procedures; respond to the needs of the College community in a supportive and proactive manner and administer College polices and benefits programs fairly and equitably.
