New Graduate Student Advisement & Registration Session
for those beginning study in Spring 2010 will be held

Note: Attendance is mandatory to ensure appropriate advisement!

  • Financial Aid - Contact information and answers to your financial aid questions.
  • Campus Safety and Security - Information about registering your vehicle and obtaining your identification card. *Please note:  The office of Campus Safety and Security will send a separate mailing to all new students that will contain other detailed information.
  • Student Accounts - Fast Facts Sheet - Contact information, due dates, payment options, and other fast facts concerning your tuition bill.
  • Food Services - Where should you eat?  A listing of dining options, snack locations, Dining Dollars, etc.
  • NazNet - On-line link to your class schedule, grades, billing information, and more.
  • IT Support Services - Get help with NazNet, webmail, and training. 
  • Health Services - Hours, fees, insurance, and immunization information.
  • Lorette Wilmot Library - Hours, services, media center, reference and library instruction and much more.
  • Writing Center - FAQs, location, hours, and policies of the Writing Center.
  • Nazareth's Barnes and Noble Bookstore - The bookstore carries a full line of textbooks, art supplies, and writing supplies.  Computer software products, reading materials, gifts, packaged foods, and greeting cards are also available.
  • Center for Spirituality - The Nazareth community is committed to fostering an environment in which individuals are encouraged to explore their own spirituality, dialogue with others, and engage the world around them.
  • Career Services - Career Services offers career planning, job search assistance, job fairs, and other special programs.  Visit their website for vacancy listings, current workshop schedule, resume samples and much more. Evening appointments are available.
  • Counseling Center - The Center offers confidential counseling, services, and other programs.  Visit their website for more information.
  • Fitness Center and Swimming Pool - Both are located in the Shults Center and accessible with your student id card. Graduate Students do not pay activities fees.

The graduate catalog is your resource for college policies, program overviews, course descriptions and more.

Each term there is a graduate student guidebook posted online (click "Resources" on the left menu) which includes graduate calendars, tuition/refund policy, college procedures et cetera.

 Graduate Student Services - We're ready to serve you!  We offer: 

  • Registration troubleshooting, adding/dropping/withdrawing from courses.
  • Graduate student forms (petition, leave of absence, change of program, address/name change, etc).
  • Notary services.
  • After-hours delivery. Need to deliver something to financial aid or student accounts after hours?  We are open later hours than the other service offices on campus.  Leave it with us; we would be happy to hand-deliver it for you the next day.
  • Advocacy for you!  If you are having trouble reaching another office or person on campus, let us help.
