The Sisters of Saint Joseph College Consortium Student Exchange Program offers students the opportunity to enrich their educational experience by studying for a semester or a year at a member campus.
Guidelines for Student Exchange
Eligibility- Students who have completed at least twenty-four semester hours at one of the member colleges and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
Duration- Exchange may be for one or two semesters at either one campus or two different ones.
Approval- Students must obtain approval from the official designated at their home campus.
Registration- Registration must be completed at the student's home campus and will be confirmed with the Registrar at the host campus.
Housing- Students apply for housing directly to the host institution.
Costs- Tuition is billed and paid at the home campus, according to the home campus tuition rates. Room and board charges are billed and paid at the home campus according to the host campus rates and then forwarded to the host campus.
Financial Aid- Students must follow the financial aid procedure of their home campus.
Deadline- For enrollment in the Fall Semester, students must apply by April 15; for enrollment in the Spring Semester, students must apply by November 15.
