Payroll processes payment of wages and salaries to all college employees, including student employees. We also transmit taxes, calculate withholding, prepare federal and state payroll reports and disbursements, and process annual W-2 forms. We provide faculty, staff and student employees with efficient, prompt and courteous service.

The Payroll Office is located at in Smyth Hall, Room 40. During the academic year, the office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Summer hours, beginning in mid-May and ending in mid-August, are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
