Lynn H. Kouwe: Director

Lynn graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1979 with a BS in Elementary
Education. She received her MS in Education in 1984, with a concentration in early childhood, from Nazareth College. Lynn has worked in the child care profession since 1980 and has been with PCCCC since its opening in 1988. She enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.


Kate Curran: Assistant Director and Co-teacher, Four-Year-Old Group

In 1994, Kate graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana.
While there she majored in elementary education. She completed her MS in
Early Childhood at Nazareth in 1996 and her Certification in Literacy in
2002. She has been a teacher at PCCCC since 1996.

Kim Kreskow : Co-teacher, Four-Year-Old Group

Kim graduated from Nazareth College in May 2006 with a BA in Psychology and a certification in Inclusive Education. She was a student worker at PCCCC during her 4 years of undergraduate studies and a long term substitute in the fall of 2006. Kim began her permanent teaching position with PCCCC in January 2007.  She is currently working on her graduate degree in Educational Technology.


Molly Needham : Teacher, Three-Year-Old Group

Molly is a 2007 graduate of Nazareth College, where she received her BA in Sociology and certifications in Childhood Education, Childhood Inclusive Education, Middle School Education, and Middle School Inclusive Education.  Molly worked at PCCCC during 3 of her 4 undergraduate years and worked as a substitute during the summer of 2007.  She officially began her new position as teacher in August of 2007.  Molly began her graduate work in the spring of 2008.
