Naz Alum Returns to Teach

Dr. Alicia Monroe Carroll moves from student to instructor at Nazareth College

Alicia graduated in 2002 from Nazareth College with a B.S. in Biochemistry.  In 2008, she completed her graduate work at The University of Connecticut Health Center where she earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.  Alicia is thrilled to return to Nazareth as a faculty member and says that, “It is really a dream job for me.  I feel very connected to Nazareth on so many levels and I am honored to have this opportunity.”  Alicia lives in Pittsford with her husband Tom who is also a graduate of the Nazareth Department of Chemistry.
