Chemistry Student Honored

Collin Schrader (Chemistry, '08) was presented with the Eastern Analytical Symposium (EAS) Student Award (sponsored by Pfizer, Inc.) at the November 2007 symposium and exhibition.

EAS actively supports a student awards program to recognize scientific research by undergraduates.  In the spring of 2007, professors were encouraged to identify juniors who are involved in research in analytical chemistry.  Dr. William Lammela nominated Collin and EAS selected him among six outstanding undergraduates who were slected to receive EAS Student Awards.
