Worship & Meditation Opportunities

The Center for Spirituality maintains the Paul and Judy Linehan Chapel, a community room, the universal prayer space, and a meditation room for personal and group prayer and reflection.

 

 

Catholic Worship

• Sunday Mass at 7:00 PM
• Tuesday Mid-Day Mass:  11:30 AM
• Thursday Evening Prayer: 8:00 PM
  

         

          Services in the Linehan Chapel: Located on the first floor of the Golisano

          Academic Center. The Nazareth College Catholic Community is rooted in the                           Eucharist and is committed to actively promoting justice and peace in our world.

 

Protestant Worship

• Sunday Worship Service at 8:30 PM.

         

          Linehan Chapel: Located on the first floor of the Golisano Academic Center.
          A weekly worship service of song, prayer and reflection.

 

Zen Meditation

• Thursday at 4:30 PM.

           Linehan Chapel: Located on the first floor of the Golisano Academic Center.
           Open to anyone who would like to learn Zen meditation. Beginners welcome.

 

Jewish (Hillel), Muslim (MSA), Orthodox Christian (OCF), as well as atheist, agnostic, and secular humanist (AASH) students, faculty, and staff participate in CFS-supported groups.

The Center for Spirituality staff assists students from any tradition in connecting with local worship communities.
