News from Alumni

The Department of Biology loves to hear news from department graduates.  If you are an alum and want to give us an update about what you have been doing since your time at Nazareth, please email Dr. Brian Witz at bwitz7@naz.edu

Some current news we have received:

Marie Rossi (2002) is at graduate school at the University of Rochester.  She recently submitted her written thesis will defend it on October 2, 2007.  Hopefully, all will go well and we will soon be calling her Dr. Rossi.  Marie will be moving to Baltimore in November to begin a post-doctoral fellow doing research in a lab at the National Institute of Aging.

 

Becca Lenhard (2004) is in her fourth year at Upstate Medical University finishing her clinical rotations.  She plans on becoming a Dermatologist and spent the summer of 2007 in Buffalo working with a dermatologist in an office and clinical setting.  Becca also did clinical research at the University of Rochester.  Becca has done very well in medical school and is in the top 5% of her class.  She was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha.

 

Matt Noble (2004) is in his fourth year of D.O. school and will be doing his residency in family practice at Wilson Memorial in Binghamton, New York.
