NICK STENUF NAMED
E8 ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
 ROCHESTER,
N.Y. (Jan. 22, 2007) -- Nick Stenuf, a junior
middle distance runner on Nazareth College's indoor
track and field team, has been named Empire 8
Conference Athlete of the Week for the seven-day
period ending Jan. 21, 2007.
Stenuf, of East Syracuse, N.Y. and a graduate
of East Syracuse-Minoa High School, finished first
in the 1,000-meter run at Saturday's RIT Invitational.
His winning time of 2:33.37 automatically qualified
him for the ECAC Championships at Wesleyan College
in March.
Nazareth competes again this weekend at the St.
Lawrence Invitational in Canton.
