N.Y. (Oct. 5, 2004) -- Host Rochester captured
five of six singles matches Tuesday and went on
to defeat Nazareth in women's tennis, 6-3.
Nazareth got a victory from sophomore Liz Zimmerli
(pictured) at fifth singles and the Golden Flyers
also won two doubles matches. Andrea Gaddis and
Betsy O'Brien won at first doubles and the team
of Angela Tessoni and Ann Kucheryavenko was victorious
at second doubles.
Nazareth competes again this weekend at the Empire
8 Tournament, hosted by Nazareth and RIT.
