English education major…born Aug. 30, 1981…daughter of John and Margo Slaughter, Fredonia, N.Y…returning for her fourth season, Slaughter brings 76 career victories (including 55 doubles wins) into her final season. . . had a strong junior season, finishing 26-5 in doubles matches and teaming with Beth Chelus to place second at third doubles at the NYSWCAA championships last fall. . . teamed often with Becca Lenhard at second doubles in 2000-01 and won 15 matches… a graduate of Fredonia High School near Buffalo, Slaughter played five seasons of tennis there and was a two-time team MVP.
