ONEONTA, N.Y. (April 15, 2006) -- The Nazareth College men’s tennis team took a 7-0 victory over Hartwick College on Saturday afternoon in an Empire 8 Conference match.

The Golden Flyers picked up wins in every match, led by Andre Putyera (pictured) who took victories at first singles and first doubles. Putyera defeated Vanja Ljubibratic , 4-6, 6-1, 6-1 and combined with Jon Weaver to defeat Ljubibratic and Dan Riviello (Clyde-Savannah/Clyde, N.Y.), 8-3.

Kurt Meichtry and Greg Bohneberg were also winners at No. 3 doubles, taking an 8-6 victory.
