Scholastic: a graduate of Ithaca High School, Wells played four seasons of varsity lacrosse and twice earned first-team all-league honors as a defender as second-team honors twice. . . served as team captain and voted team’s Most Valuable Defensive Player. . . led team to Section Four title in 2003. . . also played three seasons of soccer.
